The building was old and run down. the room was not very clean, with stains on the sheets and hair in the bathroom.

Worst aspects of my xmas stay were the lack of complimentary water and slow internet. It was frustrating having to call room service every time I needed water, and the internet connection was slow and spotty throughout my stay.
